This is an interesting BCNM.
It takes 30 Kindred Seals, and a Clotho Orb. (I think ><)
6 Person, uncapped.
Mob: Osschat (eye type monster)
Details: He charms. Not just once. He always has one party member under his control. He changes members about once every 40 seconds. The order is always the same, so if you know who gets charmed before you (after the first cycle) you'll know when you're about to be charmed. He will do one 2 Hour ability per fight, the job of the person he currently has charmed. I've found that he likes to do the 2hr when he's at about 50% health, so to avoid having him Majin Gakure either A) Don't bring a ninja, or B) Don't damage him while he's ~50%~ HP and ninja is charmed. He also spams ~ga III spells, likes Sleepga, and all the while one member is charmed and attacking the rest of the party.
It is a hard fight... but not impossible.
What you need: 2 good stunners. 2 BLM is my choice, since how when BLM gets charmed he's got a staff swinging at your other members, and not a big ass damaging scythe.
Main Tank + Second Tank: When the main tank gets charmed, someone needs to take over the holding agro job, We had Ninja + Rdm/War, Rdm didn't have to hold hate long... And BLM usually had agro, so we kited it a bit.
Healer: We had WHM and a BRD, BRD was good because he could sleep the mob sometimes, and easily put down the Ninja when he was on a charmed killing rampage. SMN isn't a very wise choice, due to the chance of 2hr. WHM 2hr is annoying, and makes for a long fight, but SMN 2hr = wipe.
RDM 2hr = danger, Chainspell + ~ga III's = ouch. Eleseal + Silence will stop that though.
NIN 2hr = death to all
SMN 2hr = death to all
BLM 2hr = You can't stun his ~ga's, not nearly as dangerous as RDM 2hr.
BRD 2hr = hahhahahaha.
WHM 2hr = Refills half his life (because he does at half) about 7000 HP, pain in the ass, makes fight from 10m to 20m.
PLD 2hr = minor.
WAR 2hr = probbaly would want to sleep and/or Bind it and let it wear off.
I don't know why you would take any other jobs for this, maybe DRK for stun + DD, but that 2hr is nothing to worry about. Any other melee job you'd probbaly be best treating it with sleep/bind until it wears off.
